Mr. Blondy R. "Bob" Hunt, Jr., passed away on Sunday morning, March 18, 2007, at Parkland Health Center, South, in Farmington, at the age of 77 years, 2 months & 12 days. Blondy was born on January 6, 1930, in Delassus, MO., & was the son of Blondy R. Hunt, Sr., & Beulah 'Hill' Hunt. Also preceding-in-death was his wife, Karene Katherine "Kay" Hunt, on Nov. 23, 2005, & 1 brother, Shelby Hunt.
Blondy was a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church of Farmington; a member of Bricklayers Union #1 of Missouri; a US ARMY-AIR CORPS Veteran of The Korean War; he was a member of the American Legion; The Order of The Eastern Star & Pendleton Masonic Lodge #551. Blondy enjoyed his children, grandchildren, extended family & playing golf. He & Kay traveled with each of their grandchildren around the country and various places.
Survivors : 4 Children - Keith (& Pam) Hunt; Glenda (Mrs. Jerry) Thurston; Eddie (& Lisa) Hunt; Tammy (Mrs. Danny) Copeland, all of Farmington. 10 Grandchildren: Aseneth (& Nick) Dispenziere, of Farmington; Jennifer (& James) Carroll, of Kapplei, Hawaii, Sarah Hunt, of St. Louis, Amie (& Joshua) Neel, of Nixa, MO; Nicole Hunt, of Desloge, MO; Kim Copeland, of Farmington; Kara (& Don) Garms, of Farmington; Amanda Copeland, of Farmington; Jason Hunt, of Bonne Terre & Nathan Copeland, of Farmington. 2 Step-Grandchildren: Rob & Ryan Ward. 9 Great-Grandchildren: Breanna, Chelsey & Drake Dispenziere, Isaac, Isabelle, Jacob & Lucas Carroll, Haleigh Gross & Sage Garms. Also, 3 Step, Great-Grandchildren: Alyssa & Tyler Ward. Dillion Ward.
Visitation: Monday, 5-9 pm. Visitation resumes Tuesday, 7:00 a.m.
Masonic Service : Monday, 7:00 p.m.
Funeral: Tuesday, 1 pm, March 20th
at: TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Rick Broadway officiating.
Interment : Knights-of-Pythias Cemetery, Farmington.

I was so sorry to hear about your Dad, You are in my thoughts and prayers, Your Mom and I worked together many,many years and she was a good friend, I miss her so much, I know this will be a hard time for you guys, but you have your Mom and Dad stamina, so just hang in there. Wow, what can I say after looking at the video. You guys have so many awesome memories. As I was watching, memories came back to me, not only of Kay and Blondy, but of Doodle, Sheb and Betty. Those memories will always hold a special place in your heart. Your Dad is reunited with your Mom, which I am sure was a joyful reunion. They both are watching over their entire family, smiling…….saying a job well done. My sympathy is with all of you
