Rest in Peace, my former (and best) neighbor (1983-1990).
Cecil, your kind way and gental manner will always stay with me. Like I told you once before "The things you have taught me will be passed on through my children and there children and there children" I am blessed to have received so many of your stories and experiences. You were always there for me and I have lost a true friend. Hunting season is coming soon and you will be with me the entire time. I have so many good memories as a child, you were the only Grandfather that I got to grow up with. peace be with you Cecil, you are loved!
Cecil was a very good friend. I have known him since I was just a little girl. We've had alot of good times. I will miss him seeing and talking with him. Love, Fay Lee
Cecil was my late grandparents (Floyd & Marie Sutherland) very good friend for many years. I can remember as a small child going over to Cecil's and his late wife Margaret's house and watching my grandparents, Cecil & Margaret playing cards. I always enjoyed going to their house because they were always so good to me…Rest in Peace Cecil you will be missed. Tina Yeargain Burpee and Family
We extend our sympathies to Cecil's family. I will miss corresponding with him. The Rhodes family were neighbors/friends of my Grandmother Edna Huie of Farmington. In fact, I was named Clara after Cecil's mother, Clara Rhodes! Please know that our thoughts & prayers are with you. Clara & Elmer Thompson St. Charles, MO
