Charles Rodriguez, 77, of Ste. Genevieve passed away August 21, at his home. He was born November 29, 1933 in St. Louis to Joseph and Alberta (Brodie) Rodriguez.Charles is preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Jody Ann Rodriguez.He is survived by his wife, Virginia (Viehland) Rodriguez; three sons, Richard Rodriguez and his wife Debbie of Bismarck, David Rodriguez and his wife Kirsten of Imperial, Anthony Rodriguez of Granite City, Illinois; one daughter Donna England and husband Bruce of Valmeyer, Illinois; two half-sisters, Gina Lane and husband Mason, and Jo Ann Romero and Husband Don of California.Mr. Rodriguez was also a loving grandfather and great-grandfather.Visitation will be at CZ Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Wednesday from 5-9 p.m. Services will be at CZ Boyer & Son Chapel Thursday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Bryan Schaeffer. Interment will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 1 p.m. Thursday with full military honors. The family requests memorials to either the Wounded Warriors or the American Cancer Society.
