Dustin Carl Goforth , age 18, of Leadwood, Missouri departed this life August 7, 2011 at Washington County Memorial Hospital in Potosi.He was born December 22, 1992 in Crystal City, Missouri.He graduated with the West County Class of 2011; was a member of the West County Baseball Team; manager of the West County Basketball Team; past member of FCCLA and FCA; was an employee of Accent in Farmington.Dustin was preceded by his brother, David Blakeburn; Grandparents, George and Joyce Goforth, Larry and Mary Gilliam, and Carla Smith.He is survived by his father, Lowell David and stepmother Stacy Goforth; mother, Cheryl Kay Gilliam; brother, Troy Goforth; Grandparents, Jack and Alene Leiweke; Kerry Smith; Great-Grandmother, Verna "Teet" Smith; Aunts and Uncles, Chuck Bergner, Tammy (Frank) Davis, Patricia Gilliam, Josh Goforth (Dorinda), Betty Jagars (Pat), Jeremy Smith; special cousin, Jessica Weaver; special friends, Garison Masters, Jake Coleman, Cole Holbert, Josh Gidden, Jordan Merseal, Jessie Waters, Molly Mallory, Josh Conway, Gavin Baker; the entire West County Baseball Team; Coach Chris "Bull" LaBreyere, Coach John Simily, Coach Chad Mills, Coach Bobby Simily; the entire group at Eltapitio in Leadington; a host of friends and family.Visitation is 5:00 PM Thursday, August 11, 2011 atC. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge.Service is 2:00 PM Friday, August 12, 2011 at the West County High School Gymnasium with Rev. I loved you like you were one of my boys and I will miss you like one of my boys. I want to remember your last visit at McDonald's .
