Mrs. Ethel Lorraine "Eve" Goheen passed away at her residence January 16, 2006, at the age of 76 years, 9 months & 13 days. Eve was born on April 3, 1929, in Hannibal, MO., to Harvey L. Dumbauld & Libby 'Garrett' Spradling. Also preceding-in-death was her husband, Dorsey L. Goheen (Nov. 27, 1971).
Survivors Include : 2 Daughters: April A. Westrup, of Farmington; Candy Goheen & James Steinc, of Park Hills; 2 Sons: Bud O. (& Kim) Goheen, of Farmington; Geno A. (& Lori) Goheen, of Park Hills. 1 Brother: Charles (& Cathy) Painter, of Hawaii. 5 Grandchildren: Mike (& Lesley) Goheen; Christina (Mrs. Isaac) Gaddy; Evette (Mrs. Mark) Evans; Sarah & Tara Goheen. 6 Great-Grandchildren & Special Friends: Wilbur & Sandy Hummell & family.
Visitation: Tuesday, 5:30 - 9 p.m. Visitation resumes Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.
Funeral: Wednesday, 2 pm, January 18, 2006
at: TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Jay Lacey officiating.
Interment: Hillview Memorial Gardens, Farmington.

Geno, Mike, I, and my brother Larry were so sorry to hear of your Mothers Passing. We know what you are going through, Larry and I just lost our Father unexpectedly just a couple of weeks ago on January 3rd. Just remember that their pain is no more and Oh, what a wonderful place they are at now, and in Gods Loving arms. To all the children of Eve Goheen, Your mother accomplished something every mother lives for and that is to raise her children to be caring, giving, respectful, and loving people. Each one has touched my life in a way that they will always be special to me. Eve Goheen will forever be in my heart, and I will think of her always and forever. Shawn and I are thinking of all of you at this time. We Love You all.

My name will not be familiar to you but I am Dorsey's cousin. His dad and mine were brothers. Although I never met Eve, I have always heard wonderful things about her from Iwilda. Our prayers and condolences are with your family.
I am sorry for the sorrow you are experiencing with the loss of Eve. She was always a joy and delight in my contacts with her through the Lifeline and Oncology Dept at the hospital. I loved the picture with the motorcycle. Chaplain Glenn Amerson
