Frances Shults

          Frances Shults, age 92, of Festus, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021, at Delmar Gardens in St. Louis.  She was born on Tuesday, October 9, 1928, in St. Louis to the late Andrew and Dora (Jahn) Jennewein. She enjoyed bowling, making ceramics, going out to eat and listening to music.

           She is survived by four grandchildren, Robert Walter and wife Andrea, Michelle Orf and husband Ray, Dawn Mikel and husband Jeff, Christopher Walter and wife Kate; special niece, Sherri Strauser; nephew, Ronald Strauser and a special friend, Marissa Akins; eleven great-grandchildren, Amber, Andrew, Jordan, Tyler, Hailey, William, Kyle, Elizabeth, Zachary, Emma and Brian; two great-great grandchildren; Ezra and Karter. 

           In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Warren Shults; daughter, Nancie Walter; siblings, Dolly, Andrew, Bernard and Robert.

           Visitation will be Friday, August 20, 2021 from 9:00 AM until service time of 11:00 AM at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge with Rev. Michael Holland officiating.  Burial will follow 2:00 PM at Lake Charles Park Cemetery 7775 St. Charles Rock Road St. Louis, Missouri 63114. Arrangements under the direction of C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge.
