Gloria E. KIMBALL

February 1, 1932 ~ May 11, 2010

Mrs. Gloria E. Kimball passed away at her rural Farmington residence early Tuesday morning, May 11, 2010, at the age of 78 years, 3 months & 10 days. Gloria was born on February 1, 1932, in Reno, Arkansas, and was the daughter of Frank Cates and Christine 'Beard' Cates. Also preceding-in-death were: 2 Brothers - John & Roy Cates.

Gloria was a retired LPN from Farmington State Hospital.

Survivors Include : her husband, Austin "Stew" Kimball, of Farmington; 3 Sons: Mark (& Cathy) Kimball, of Eureka, MO; Keith (& Carol) Kimball, of Fenton, MO; Kyle (& Ellen) Kimball, of Farmington. 4 Sisters-In-Law: Modena Chovanec; Cina Dix; Shirley 'Mrs. Glen' Cordes & Sandra Morello. 9 Grandchildren: Stewart (& Liz) Kimball; Melissa Kimball; Kasey 'Mrs. Tim' Cornell; Kristen Kimball; Korey Kimball; Kara Kimball; Kelsey 'Mrs. Corey' Stanfill; Kody Kimball & Kaley Kimball. Also, 1 Granddaughter, Ellie Kimball and a Special Nephew, Danny Cates.

Visitation : Thursday, 4-8 p.m. Visitation resumes Friday, 6:30 am

Funeral : Friday, 11:00 a.m., May 14, 2010,

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Noel Stephens officiating.

Interment : Corning Cemetery, Corning, Arkansas (Tentatively set for Fri - 2 pm)

Memorials to : The Libertyville United Methodist Church.

  6. We will miss Aunt Gloria. She was a sweet sweet lady and always knew how to make me smile. I really haven't ever told anybody this but I was always excited when I got to see her.. I guess cause I knew she could make me feel happy if I was down. I will miss her laugh too..
