Jim had the best smile and was one of the friendliest gentlemen you could ever meet! Bill and I always enjoyed seeing him in the grocery store and other places. You are a wonderful family, and I know you will miss him greatly. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
My deepest sympathy to all of the family especially Aunt Delores.
I cherish my memories of family reunions in Bonne Terre when I was a child- hearing all the stories about "Saint Ronald" from Uncles Jim, Fred and Leon. Going to the chat dump and visiting Uncle Jim and Aunt Delores' home. You were always so kind and loving to all of us!!! Those are some of the best memories of my youth.
My heart aches for all of the family and the friends who knew and loved Uncle Jim, but I must say what a glorious day it has to be in Heaven, for Grandfather Wilfrid and Momma Tootie to have their four boys together again with them.
You are in my thoughts and prayers, and I'm sending lots of hugs from your Colorado family. Mom was just asking about "Jim and Delores" the other day… God bless and be with you all. .
The Central High School , class of 1954 wishes to extend our sincere sympathy to our classmate and friend Deloree Ratley Abuchon on the loss of her husband Jim. While not a member of our class Jim was a welcome and frequent visitor at our class functions along with Delores. We pray that God will give comfort and peace to Delores, to his family and many friends. He was a good man who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
