Jessie E. AHLEMEYER

October 5, 1930 ~ November 20, 2006

Mrs. Jessie Eudean Ahlemeyer, of Farmington, passed away Nov. 20, 2006, at her Farmington residence at the age of 76 years, 1 month & 15 days. Jessie was born Oct. 5, 1930, in Lake City, Ark., to Jesse Henry Woods & Ruth Lafay 'Underwood' Woods. Also preceding were: her husband, Morris C. Ahlemeyer (1995); & 4 Brothers: Ronnie Woods; Terry Woods; Gary Don Woods & R. Francies Woods.

Survivors Include: 1 Daughter: Lana Looney, of St. Peters; 1 Son, Morris J. Ahlemeyer, of Sullivan; 4 Sisters: Gwen 'Mrs. Robert' Anderson, of Caraway, AR; Trudy Gullet, of Farmington; Sonya Douglas, of Caraway, AR; & Donna 'Mrs. Lester' Lovens, of AR. 3 Brothers: Welton (& Ruth) Woods, of Jonesburg, MO; Jan (& Pat) Woods, of Cadet, MO; Tony Woods, of Paragould, AR; Sister-In-Law: Ruth Woods, of Farmington. 4 Grandchildren: Nickie Gibson; Amber 'Mrs. Jimmy' Cook; Jacob & Andrew Ahlemeyer. 4 Great-Grandchildren: Brandy & Lauren; Toby & Tori. Also, numerous Nieces & Nephews.

Visitation: Sunday, 2-5 pm. Visitation resumes Monday, 7:00 a.m.

Funeral: Monday, 8:30 a.m., Nov. 27th

at: TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Jeff Combs officiating.

Interment: Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery

  1. As a delivery driver for USA Drug, I was fortunate enough to get to know this very special woman. I always looked forward to seeing her, even if only for a few moments. Jessie touched my life, and I'm thankful that I had the opportunity to see her last week, never having imagined that it would be our last visit. I will miss her so much. My heartfelt sympathy to Jessie's family.

  3. I didn't know Jessi, but from what I have heard from my Aunt Debbie and Mom Sharon, she was a wonderful lady and dear friend. Our Prayers are with the entire family.

  4. I only got to know Jessie for 4 short years. But during that time I saw what a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother she was. She always gave all she could to all she knew. Love, Time, and Attention. She never asked anything of anyone. She was always happy with the family she deeply Loved. She is greatly missed already from all who knew her. She will always be in our hearts, and the fun times we had.

  6. I,m dean's youngest sister.and we spent a lot of time talking over the phone every day. And it was just like we werein the same room.The love and the laughter we shared is unreplasable. This time we will never have again but we will have are memorys. they will last for every in my heart as will my sister i will miss her dearly because she was a wonderful person. If you meet her you have meet a ANGLE. I LOVE HER ALWAYS DONNA
