Joyce White

Joyce White, 77, of Bonne Terre, passed away September 14, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 10, 1938 in Frankclay, to the late Auborn "Windy" and Mabel (Lawson) House. Joyce was a member of the First Baptist Church of Desloge. She dearly loved her grandkids and great-grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Caleb Lumos; brother, Darrell House and sister, Mary Jane Rodgers. Joyce is survived by her husband of 60 years, Harry Houston White; six children, Vickie Warren and husband Delmar of Bonne Terre, Theresa Lumos and husband Denny of New Mexico, Debbie Sapp and husband Bert of Hannibal, Pattie Brooks and husband Irvin of Burfordville, Rich White and wife Tami of Farmington, Margie Hale and husband Danny of Bismarck; fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one brother, Dale House and wife Sally; three sisters, Joann Simily, Darla Queen, Bobbie Meinershagen and husband Kenny. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son in Desloge, Wednesday, September 16, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Visitation will resume at First Baptist Church in Desloge, Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM. Pastor Bradford Laubinger will be officiating and Rev. Jim White will assist. Interment will follow at Liberty Baptist Cemetery in Belgrade. Memorials may be directed to the Parkland Pregnancy Resource Center.
