Ken McDaniel, 79, of Desloge, passed away November 13, 2022, at Country Meadows in Park Hills. He was born September 10, 1943, in Provo, Utah, to the late David Oscar and Mabel (Benson) McDaniel. Ken was a jokester and had the nickname of “Mikey,” cause if you did not eat it, he would. He enjoyed painting, bowling, hunting, fishing, camping and most of all, eating donuts. Ken was always fun to be around and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Donna McDaniel.
Ken is survived by his wife of 35 years, Melba (Burnia) McDaniel; children, Kenneth McDaniel and wife Tracy, Wendy Holman and husband Mark, Christie McDaniel, Alan Ryffel and wife Goldie; grandchildren, Ashley, Crystal, Kimberly, Bryan, John and Nai’a; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Leon (Anita) and Jerry (Norma) McDaniel.
Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Thursday, November 17, 2022, from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 11:30 AM. Jerry Holman will be officiating. Inurnment will follow at a later date, at Hillview Memorial Gardens in Farmington.

We love Uncle Kenny – and we miss him. Uncle Kenny was caring, kind, and had a good sense of humor. We love you and we are very sorry for your loss. We will miss him greatly.
