Larry "Drum" Nash, Sr., 70, of Bonne Terre passed away October 18, 2010. He was born February 6, 1940 in Bonne Terre. He was a member of the Samaritan Masonic Lodge #424 and also an amateur ham radio operator. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley Jackson and Maria Eltheta (Ratley) Nash and wife, Janette Nash. Larry is survived by three children, Larry Nash, Jr. and wife Diane of Valles Mines, Lisa (Mrs. Steve) Morris of French Village, Stanley Nash and wife Dawn of Bonne Terre; eight grandchildren, Jamie (Mrs. Larry) Gould, Annie, Emily, Katie and Sean Morris, Madison Nash, Ashlynn and Taylor Nash; one great-grandchild, Riley Gould; brother, Chester McCormack; two sisters, Deon (Mrs. Wayne) Padgett and Patti Morris. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be Thursday. October 21, 2010 from 5 PM until 9 PM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre with a Masonic Service at 7 PM. Service will be Friday at 11 AM at the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel with Rev. Ron Poole officiating. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
