Leroy Nash

Leroy W. Nash 70, of Terre Du Lac passed away Thursday September 15, 2011 at his residence.He was born December 7, 1940 in Bismarck, MO, and later served our Country as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army.Leroy was well known in our community and involved in many organizations.He was a member of Elvins Ionic Masonic Lodge #154, past Shriner, Board Member of New Era Bank, past Councilman for Flat River/Park Hills, past President of Mineral Area board of Realtors, member of the Elvins Baptist Church, past Lion Club member, Sword of Bunker Hill, as well as President of his own Real Estate Company, Nash Reality Inc.In Leroys spare time, he enjoyed golfing in the TDL Mens League and was an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his father, Omer Nash; mother, Myrtle (Helms) Nash; brothers, Arnold Nash, Raymond Nash, and Harold Nash; sister Elna Gregory. Leroy is survived by his wife Sally Parker-Nash; daughter Angela Politte of OFallon; grandchildren Monica and Richard Politte; father in-law and mother in-law, Norman and Jeanette Parker; several nieces and nephews; and many wonderful friends. Visitation will be held Monday September 19, 2011 from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. with Masonic Service 7:00 P.M. at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge. The Service will be held Tuesday September 20, 2011 at 1 P.M. in the C.Z. Boyer and Son Chapel with Rev. Douglas Clinton officiating.Interment will follow at Bismarck Masonic Cemetery.Memorials can be made to Shriners Childrens Hospital.
