Mardell Salings

          Mardell Salings, 82, of Park Hills, passed away February 23, 2022, at Missouri Baptist in St. Louis.  She was born March 28, 1939, in Pine Lawn, to the late John and Erna Lenora (McChesney) Adams.  Mardell was a member of the First Church of God in Leadwood and enjoyed reading and being at home with her family and cats.

          She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Thomas P. Adams and Joan B. Adams.

          Mardell is survived by her husband of 63 years, Larry Salings; children, Rev. Larry Steven Salings and wife Lynda, Christopher Don Salings, Shannon Marie AuBuchon and husband Pastor David; seven grandchildren; brother in-law, Donald Ray (Norma) Salings; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends also survive.

          A memorial visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Wednesday, March 2, 2022, from 1:00 PM until the service time at 2:00 PM.  Pastor David AuBuchon and Pastor Kendall Hughes, will be officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Leadwood First Church of God or the Irondale First Church of God.
