Mrs. Naomi Estelle Pothetos passed away Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2007, at St. Joseph Hospital in Kirkwood, MO., at the age of 106 years, 2 months & 27 days. Naomi was born Aug. 16, 1901, in Farmington, to Lawrence Riley Johnson & Addie 'White' Johnson. Also preceded-in-death by her husband, Mike Pothetos (May 1983); 1 Daughter, Kathryn Halbrook (Aug. 2006); 1 Son, Robert E. "Bob" Pothetos (Oct. 1998); 3 Sisters, Evelyn Robinson; Gertrude Cooper & Genevieve Weiss; 1 Brother, Harry Johnson; 1 Granddaughter, Carolyn Marie 'Pothetos' Melott (1995); & 1 Grandson, Rick Pothetos (2007).
Naomi was a member of Farmington First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for 38 years.
Survivors Include: 2 Daughters: Pat 'Mrs. Adrain' Vaeth, of Oakville, Missouri & Shirley Arning, of Arnold, Missouri, and friend, Bob Lewis, of St. Louis. 1 Sister: Doris Moon, of Bonne Terre, Missouri. 1 Daughter-In-Law: Dorothy Pothetos, of Farmington; 1 Son-In-Law: Gary Halbrook, of Bismarck. Also, 13 Grandchildren; 28 Great-Grandchildren & 16 Great, Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m., November 15, 2007 at Farmington First Baptist Church.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, 2:00 p.m., November 15, 2007,
at: Farmington First Baptist Church, with Rev, Rocky Good officiating.
Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, in Farmington.

Pat – Our friend Donna Denton Boarman sent me a note about your Mom. I'm sure she had a wonderful,full life and that she will be missed. What a beautiful picture of her – I think I would have still known her.
