Mr. Randy Alan Pinkley, of Kingsville, Missouri & formerly of Farmington, passed away July 13, 2008 , at The Windermere Baptist Center, in Camden County, MO., at the age of 47 years, 1 month & 20 days. Randy was born May 23, 1961, in Bonne Terre, MO., and the son of Wilma F. 'Archambo' Pinkley and the late Jesse Allen Pinkley (Oct. 3, 2001). Also preceding was his mother-in-law, Bonnie Jean Hastings.

Randy was: * a member & Head Deacon at the Elm Spring Baptist Church in Kingsville; * very active in the church, holding various positions; * active with the Lone Jack School activities & sports where he was a supporter to his children & others; * always helped his family & friends; * an avid waterskier & he loved his German Shepherds.

Survivors Include: his wife, Beverly Jean 'Hastings' Pinkley; 1 Daughter, Nicole Dawn Pinkley; 2 Sons: Grant Alan Pinkley & Brett Dale Pinkley, all of Kingsville. his mother, Wilma F. 'Archambo' Pinkley, of Farmington; his Father-In-Law: Dale Hastings & wife, Carolyn, of Lees Summit, MO; 2 Sisters: Charlotte 'Mrs. Jay' Stewart, of Fenton, MO; Sandy' Mrs. Michael' Gamblin, of Farmington; 1 Brother: Jay (& Debbie) Pinkley, of Farmington; 1 Sister-In-Law: Valerie Hastings, of Pleasant Hill, MO; 1 Brother-In-Law: Greg Hastings, of Ponca, Ark. Also surviving are a host of Nieces; Nephews; other Relatives & Friends.

Visitation : Wednesday, 4-8 p.m. Visitation resumes at our Chapel on Thursday, 6:30 - 9:00 a.m. Visitation resumes at church @ 10:00 a.m.

Funeral : Thursday, 11:00 a.m., July 17, 2008,

at : Farmington First Baptist Church, with Dr. William C. Miller and Rev. Robin Dale officiating.

Interment : Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Ste. Genevieve County.

Memorial Service : Saturday, 7:30 p.m., July 26, 2008

I remember all the good times we had together going to church, vacationing together at Table Rock, Branson and then at Lake Ouachita in Arkansas. I never will forget Jess and the Air Conditioner at Denby Point the first time we went to Ouachita. I can just see Randy, Jess and Pat up in Heaven talking about all the good times we had together.   27. My deepest sympathy to the Pinkley family. Randy was such a wonderful, kind and sincere person. I still see in my mind the first time I met him when Mr. McClard had me hand out sheet music in band practice on my first day of high school and the big smile on his face. I have the fondest memories of time I spent with the Pinkley family during high school. Water ski trips to Mine La Motte, church activities and vacations. I am so certain he has made a wonderful husband, father and servant to God. My prayers are with you all at a very difficult time.

  28. I was fortunate enough to be in the same class with Randy. God must have needed an all around good guy. Randy never had anything but good for other people. All of my memories of Randy are him with a big smile. May God be with his entire family and give you piece at this time. I'm sure he and Jesse are together having a great time again.

I taught at Lone Jack when Randy first started working there. He certainly was a nice person, and we had many good visits when he cleaned my room after school.   35. Randy was a truly good kid who had a great smile especially when he was bothering his older sister. Randy was like the younger brother that I didn't have growing up and I have many fond memories of his skiing. I understand that he became a great man and will be missed by many. I really liked the wedding pictures, liked your curly hair and all the hair Randy had, enjoyed seeing Randy growing up and his hair, we don't think of how a person used to look until we look at pictures. I finally got to see Randy's Monte Carlo he was so proud of.   65. My sincere condolences, thoughts, and prayers to the entire family. The last time Randy and I crossed paths was at First Baptist in Farmington. We both happened to be in town visiting family at the same time. It seemed the only difference that occured over the years was Jay was bigger than either of us! I know we are not privy to God's plan and there are many questions. The comfort I take is the blessing in my life of having known Randy and his family both as friends and members of the church family.
