Robert Lee (Mouse) House, 86, of Bonne Terre, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 23, 2023, at Country Meadows in Park Hills. He was born Thursday, December 31, 1936 to the late, Harry and Myrtle (Lee) House.
Robert was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bonne Terre. He loved basketball, baseball and fishing. He was an avid motorcycle racer in is younger years and took pleasure in the comradery that the sport offered. He loved his family very much and was especially proud of the accomplishments of his son and grandsons.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his late wife, Roberta (Monroe); first wife, Connie (Hulsey).
Robert is survived by his son, Robert House II and wife Laura (DeClue); step-son, Robert Buschman and wife Emilie; grandsons, Marcus House and wife Casey, Robert House III and wife Maggie; sisters, Carol Barton, Beverly Wilcox, Melinda Moss and husband Mark; brothers, Barry House wife Louise and Harry House wife Janice. Robert will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Service will Friday, October 27, 2023 at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre at 10:00 AM. With Paster Alan David officiating. Interment will follow at St. Anne Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Baptist Church in Bonne Terre.
