Roy Lee Yowell, 81, of Rolla, formerly of Leadwood passed away February 9, 2011 at Phelps County Regional Medical Center. He was born August 6, 1929 in Newburg, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lindsey and Catherine (Sisco) Yowell; wife, Betty (Penberthy) Yowell; six brothers; two sisters. Roy is survived by two daughters and one step-son, John King. Graveside service will be Friday, February 11, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Leadwood Cemetery with full military honors. Arrangements under the direction or C. Z.
