Ruby J. FORD

May 18, 1936 ~ June 29, 2011

Mrs. Ruby J. Ford passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri, at the age of 75 years, 1 month & 11 days. Ruby was born May 18, 1936, in Farmington, and was the daughter of Edward H. "Fats" Saling & Goldie Marie 'Fitzgerald' Saling. Ruby was preceded-in-death by her husband, Donald F. Ford on June 30, 1984.

Ruby was a US Navy Veteran and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Farmington.

Survivors Include: a daughter, Susan (Mrs. Tracy) Youngs, of Raymore, MO. 3 Sons: Donald (& April) Ford, of Bonne Terre; Robert "Bob" (& Amy) Ford, of Farmington; Michael (& Connie) Ford, of Farmington. 1 Sister: Margaret Ann (Mrs. Charles) Wilson, of St. Louis. Also, 6 Grandchildren: Lane, Alexa & Lauryn Youngs, of Raymore, MO; Brittany & Michael Ford, of Bonne Terre & Lucas Ford, of Bonne Terre.

Visitation Friday, 5-8 p.m. with a Rosary conducted by Deacon Al Gegg, Friday at 5:30 p.m. Visitation resumes, Saturday, 6:30 a.m.

Funeral : Saturday, 11:00 a.m., July 2, 2011,

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Deacon Mike Burch officiating.

Interment follows in Parkview Cemetery, Farmington.

  4. I attended school with Ruby Jo at St. Joseph in Farmington. We were great buddies and I am sorry that we never connected after we grad- uated. My condolences.
