Dearest Basler family. My breath just left me as I saw the notice of Russell's passing. My family and I are so sorry. Charles and all of us thought the world of both Russell and Ruth. Please accept our most sincere condolences.
To the Basler Family: This makes me so sad. I knew Ruth and Russell all my life. (Was even the flower girl in their wedding.) Russell was always so upbeat and sincerely happy to see me at St. Anne church events and Ruth was so multi-talented. I know they will be sorely missed. My deepest sympathy.
