September 3, 1918 ~ April 1, 2005

Mr. Sam Bursac passed away late Friday afternoon, April 1, 2005, at the Farmington Presbyterian Manor Nursing Home, at the age of 86 years, 6 months & 28 days. Sam was born on September 3, 1918, in St. Louis, to Mr. & Mrs. M. Bursac. Also preceded by a Sister, Elaine Bursac & a Brother, Milan Bursac.

Sam was a member of Farmington First Baptist Church & a WWII Veteran of the Merchant Marines.

Survivors include: 1 Daughter: Penny Bursac, of Farmington; 2 Sons: Lance (& Janell) Bursac, of St. Charles and David (& Linda) Bursac, of Florissant. Also surviving are 6 Grandchildren & 5 Great-Grandchildren.

There will be no visitation.

Private funeral service will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, in St. Louis, Missouri.

Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

  2. I remember Mr Bursac from Parker Road Baptist Church,and since I was younger then, as Penny's Dad. He was a fine Christian man who will be missed here on earth; he's just started his REAL life!
