Tom "SCAR", an Amazing man who lived his love for the Hayabusa. You will be Missed by the ISHOC Brotherhood. RIP BROTHER.
I first met Scar back in 2008 when he came to Calgary, AB for a Pet Expo, we hanged out was the start to a great friendship. Over the years we shared many miles together and talked on the phone. I have met so many wonderful friends because of his Events he hosted that I will treasure forever. Ride in Paridise Brother until we meet again. Sincere Condolences and Prayers to everyone.
Scar, had a lot of friends and riding buddies. I'm glad to have been one of those. So many miles, so many memories. I know you and Chris are up there carving those curves of Gold. It's not goodbye, but see you later.
Tom reached out to me around 10 Year's ago with nothing more than a "good afternoon Jeff, I see we share the same passion for motorcycling". From there on we spoke regularly and I even became an admin for a few of his globally renowned hayabusa fb groups. Only after his passing did I realise how many people's lives he touched in a hugely positive manner. Time shared will never be forgotten, words spoken will always be remembered.
Glad we got to spent quality time together. Proud to call you a Friend, you'll be missed. Great times and laughs on and off the Motorcycles. GodSpeed Scar.
I met Thomas in 2008 and have had many conversations over the years with him mostly about our passion for the almighty Hayabusa! I was so saddened to hear of his passing as were so many others he impacted through the mutual passions of riding motorcycles. May he forever and eternally Rest In Peace.
I miss you like crazy little brother. You were an International Superstar. You touched so many lives. I wish that I had the sense of humor that you always had. Your favorite thing was to laugh and to make others laugh. Life is too serious and too short. I love you, Tom!
Scar was my friend. He taught me so much about the Hayabusa culture and what it means to show passion for your interests. He was a gentleman and always interested in connecting like minded friends. He will be forever missed.
Scar always wished me happy birthday he had the same birthday as my little sister and my birthday is October 7th. Rip brother
Scar, it's still so surreal you're gone, your legacy is one that will never be repeated. You had one of the biggest hearts for others and those of us that got to know you are truly blessed for the times we shared. It was an honor riding with you sir, till we meet again.
Scar has shown how great Hayabusa and how it connects people around the world.

From that first interaction with Scar of me looking for Hayabusa geared was always helpful and a super nice guy. Over time of talking, via Facebook messenger our birthdate came up only a few days apart my Libra brother was there for me. He shared his number if I ever needed to talk. I wish I would called . I wish I would have joined him on the Dragon for a stampede. Nevertheless it was always a pleasure dealing with Tom I'm thankful to have known him. He will be truly missed!

RIP my friend 💙
Farewell my friend, one word comes to mind with so many of us ‘Inspirational’ because Scar truly did inspire many many people across the world. A true gent who will be sadly missed.
My Friend/Brother,
From when you started it all, your passion was unmatched. Glad I was there to share it with you. Always the random, "hey we haven't talked in a while.".
Rest easy my friend.
Jersey
My Deepest Condolences to the Family. Truly will be missed by all… Ride In Paradise…. My friend..
I met Scar on a group ride in AZ. He immediately invited me to ishoc and I was hooked. I've met so many great people because of Scar and will forever miss our conversations about San Diego, (which he said he loved it here the most) , Hayabusa and everything associated. Scar was a proud man and served our country, just like my father. He always made a fact to ask how he was doing, though he never met him. I'll miss you so much scar. Everytime I get on my Hayabusa, you are the first person that comes to mind. Rest in peace and see you later.
I never met Tom personally but I have been a part of ISHOC for years. We chatted several times and just by those short interactions and seeing how he treated with all his members, I knew he was a stand-up, honest, no nonsense guy. I admired how much he did for his online and offline community and all I can say is that we have indeed lost one of the best of us. Rest easy Scar and blessings, hugs and love to your family.
I have meet Tom some years ago. He was a good man, we spoke several times and he was always ready to help when needed. You will for sure be missed.
Scar, you have left a huge void in many Busa riders lives and the world is a poorer place without you.
I never had the privilege to meet you personally but we interacted a lot and I’ll miss the chats.
Ride free my friend. Hope the twisties are awesome up there.
I still don't believe it …
A great friend that I didn't have time to meet in person; a great friend with whom there was no need to explain why we always thought the same way.
A great loss for the family to whom I offer my heartfelt condolences, but also for all the friends around the world.
R.I.P. amico mio!
Tom you was a amazing person it was truly a privilege to work with you and get to know you and you will truly be missed 😢
Will miss all the kind words and riding adventures. No words can describe how much of great person you are. Ride on forever !!!!
I am still in disbelief that I am writing this. Scar you are missed by so many, on so many levels and my heart is so broken knowing you are never going to send me a random text or call. Only to ask "How are you doing? I haven't heard from you for a hot minute." Knowing you for 13 years and the memories/ miles/ smiles/ laughs that we shared are too many to mention. Bouncing ideas off each other for the I-SHOC website, you bringing me into the ICE dogtags helping to sell them and joking about buying a Busa to ride it will forever live in my heart. Sitting over the garage in San Diego overlooking those poor "Boot Jarheads" while you were giving me life advice showed me just how huge your heart was. You giving me life advice never ended. I will forever be greatful for it, especially when I had to retire at 36. Ride In Paradise my brother from another mother. My heartfelt condolences to the entire family. You were given your wings way too dang soon.
Scar, I still can't accept the fact that your not with us. Every now and then, we chat, you always took time to wish me on my bday . I remember last conversation we had " I know for a fact that if we lived within reasonable range, we'd be thick as thieves. I can tell just by looking at pictures of you. We'd be hanging out and riding together as much as Mother Nature would allow ". Gone too soon my friend, I remember the day I got my 2nd Busa -Bking for my wife, you were so excited as I was , hooked my wife with ISHOC tag , never had a chance to say hello to you and shake my hands, this is something I will regret rest of my life. Scar, you will be missed . Ride In Peace ✌️
All I can say about Scar is that he is the most respectful person I have ever met and would do anything to help someone in need. I haven’t ever seen him without a smile on his face. He has touched the hearts of many people around the world, he will be missed dearly. Until we meet again Tom
Thomas is the model for which all humans should strive. Although I only met you once, I could tell right away that you were a genuine and gracious person. I'm so glad that we got to share some asphalt and scenery in the Smokey Mountains. For all the people you touched through out you're life, we should all be happy that we met you. We all are better human beings for it. RIP Thomas and may God bless youre family find peace at this time.
Although I never met the man in person spoke to him by phone to him on 2 occasions by phone. For me he was a pure gentleman we had agreed that the next trip to the states I would make a plan to meet him, alas that will not be. Drive safely wherever you are now take care my friend
What a true great man. Some years back I reached out to community to ask for help for a former navy vet having very hard time adjusting to home life, and making ends meet for him wife kids.
Scar matched my donation to that vet. It did help that young man recover, and better himself and family.
Scar was not only a great inspiration to the motorcycle community, to the veteran community, to everyone he came in contact with, and me personally.
Thank you scar. Will be missed.
05 lil devil busa will be getting a new tattoo soon in remembrance.
Gods Speed young man.
If he can catch ya.
Scar, you were one in a million, a gentleman and a true friend. You will never be forgotten. You thought so much of your family and especially your mother as our ISHOC group were often invited to wish your Mom a “Happy Birthday”. I am grateful to have known you for as long as I did and was deeply saddened at your passing. You have left a forever heart print.
Talked to Scar a few times since I purchased my Busa in 2014, I purchased lots of IShoc products and felt like I knew him even though we never met in person. RIP to a Gentleman.❤️
All my sincere condolences.
One more star that will shine. Watch over us. Good courage
Rest in piece Thomas, you will be missed. Thank you for being such a good human being and the great work you did with your time hear on earth.
I met Tom in person 1st time on Group Ride w/fellow Busa riders in WI in '07, and we became fast friends (get it?;) and pseudo-brothers-by-name, but REAL brothers on the road❤️ Tom was always encouraging me to rebuild my bike when I wrecked it (3x before I got tired n sold it) because he knew how happy it made me. Selling the bike this spring of '22 sucked, because I thought as soon as I got rid of it I'd have to leave Ishoc and that thought was even more saddening to me than selling my Hayabusa that I've owned from 2005-2022. Tom told me not to worry-he told me my input as an "OG" member was always welcome and appreciated and being honest-I don't get to hear that said about me very often, so it REALLY meant a lot to me that Tom went out of his to bend his rule and allow me to stay an active member of Ishoc this year even tho my bike is gone-my love for Hayabusas, and the folks all over the world who ride them-will NEVER expire💯
Just like my love and respect for Thomas ❤️
What a guy, and a legend in the Busa community. You will be sadly missed and never forgotten. Was my pleasure to know you.
Simon
Although I missed the chance and never me SCAR I can clearly see that he has touched alot of people in such wonderful ways as friends who just to him became extended family. What a great man. I am sorry to not of met him. When its my turn to soar with the eagles we will meet than brother. Keep watch over us all till we rejoin and take over the place. The Busa world is what greatness it is because of you. RIP SCAR
I was so blessed and honored to have ridden with Scar and met such a wonderful guy who was so dedicated to the motorcycle world and all of its members of ishoc. The mere taking on of such an endeavor alone was massive and it was obvious every time he coordinated a ride to many different places and brought that joy to so many people and was always kind and a complete joy to ride with. He will be greatly missed and I was honored to have had one moment in time at the dragon Stampede to have gotten a picture with Scar showing his utter happiness with what he does. We will all be forever enriched by his presence and his goodness and most of all his love of the ride. Rest in peace my friend and see you again soon
Sadly didnt get to know him in person but online thru social media he was always there to help you out if you had questions or a problem. Scar you will be missed worldwide. I salute you and till we meet again
To all those who knew and loved Tom my thoughts are with you, the hayabussa page will forever have a void that nobody can replace, ride free my friend
Thanks for all your help.
Will miss you for sure.
Rest In Peace Brother ❤🥰
Love from Norway
Scar you helped me in a dark time , thank you brother ….
(Z) "WE RIDE"
Scar, I still can't believe you are gone. I've typed and erased several times here in disbelief, you were always a kind word I'd a hostile place. A beacon of light in darkness not only with hayabusa related issues but general life topics. That time you helped me when my daughter missed her connecting flight on her deployment you guided her to a safe place to get back on track & I'm forever grateful. You are truly a blessing and will be forever missed
We grew up together.
Maybe we never grew up.
One thing I know for Shure. We always talked
And I will always miss those.
Your resting now, but pretty soon. We will be together again, to keep up our conversation.
Rest well I'll give you a nudge when I get there.
All my Heart ❤️
While I only met Scar a couple of times (the Busa Stampedes in Reno) and we didn't talk as often as I wish we had, it felt like we were old friends. We talked a bit before I rode solo from Seattle to Reno and he made me feel so comfortable that I didn't realize until I was almost there that this was the first ride I've done with men I didn't know where I wasn't leading. LOL. Usually I'm a bit shy around people I don't know, unless there's one I do know and Scar was that one for me from our phone call.
Though I didn't get to spend much time with him, he was frequently in my thoughts and I consider him a dear friend. I can't believe he's gone and I will cry every time I think of this loss (as I am writing this). But I feel he's looking out for me and all his Busa pilots!
Thank you, my friend. You will always be loved!
to the White family. I was in grade school with Tommy, I recall him being a shy, sweet young man. May he rest in peace and may you all celebrate his life and cherished memories.

Tom was a person who knew how to appreciate every moment of life. We remember him for his optimism and positive energy, and ever present smile he had. We shared Countless memories over the many years we knew him.
We will always cherish all those moments we spent together, all the laughter we shared, all the stories we told. Until we meet again my friend! It is Never goodbye
Goodbyes hurt when you left us way too suddenly, when the story wasn’t finished and the book had to be closed.
❤️ Love you forever
Missing you so much! You were an inspiration to so many and loved by all fly high my friend ❤️ Forever friends Love you🧡
Sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed talking to Tom and catching up with him after so many years knowing each other (since high school). He always had a positive attitude. He will be missed by so many people. Prayers to his family during these difficult times.
