Sorry to hear on the passing of Bill. Prayers for all of the family. When he and Maureen lived in up the street in our neighborhood, Summerfield Condominiums, they were a joy to have in here.
William Leo Frangel, 88, of Farmington passed away November 7, 2023 at Presbyterian Manor in Farmington. He was born August 18, 1935 in St. Louis to the late William F. and Ruth (Brockhoff) Frangel. William was a member of the St. Anne Catholic Church of French Village. He worked as an engineer for Bristol Myers Squibb. He enjoyed hunting, wood carving and fishing at Montauk State Park.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Maureen Frangel; granddaughter, Caitlin Frangel and sister, Kathryn Leach.
William is survived by two children, Teri Wiley and husband Mike and Sam Frangel and wife Tammy; four grandchildren, Colleen Carr and husband Travis, Erin Wiley, Mike Wiley and Jarrett Frangel.
A graveside service will take place on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Calvary Cemetery in St. Louis, 5239 W. Florissant Ave. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington.
