Adam Hoffman

Adam Hoffman, age 56 of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City, Kansas.  He was born on January 11, 1961 in st. Louis, Missouri, a son of Peter John Hoffman Sr,. and Mary Ann (Turnbaugh) Hoffman.  His parents and sister, Mary Ann Hoffman precedes him in death.   He is survived by his brother - Peter Hoffman Jr. of Bonne Terre, Missouri and nieces and nephews.   A private internment will be held at a later date.
