Mrs. Addie Adealia Phillips passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 30, 2013, at the St. Francois Manor RCF in Farmington, at the age of 92 years, 9 months & 7 days. Addie was born on October 23, 1920, in Cabot, Arkansas, and was the daughter of John Ernest Perry and Addie Adealia 'Parks' Perry. Also preceding-in-death was her husband, Heuell Devoy Phillips.
