Alice Louise Ryals

Alice Louise Ryals, born to Robert & Hassel Cochran on April 16, 1935 in St. Louis, MO., went home to be with the Lord on August 17, 2021.

An amazing wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she is survived by her steadfast husband of 65 years, Mel, her daughters Pam (Al), Dawn, and Kathy (late Bob). She was a special mom to Tammy (Robbie) Klausner, along with countless others. She is also survived by her sisters Shirley, Barb, & Ree, better known as the B.R.A.S., as well as her best friend of 72 years, Sue Slusher.

Alice's boundless love will be carried in the hearts of the grandchildren who survive her: Mandy (Dan) Baumann, Jenny (Dell) Belisle, Jill (Vincent) Wieck, Zach (Erica) Ryals, Ericka (late T.J.) Ryals, and Ashley (Ben) Patton.

Her strength and laughter will also live on through her many great-grandchildren: Miriam, Evelyn Louise, Maggie, Annabella, Tennessee, Audrey, Truman, Zoe, Bowie, Vanessa, Raelynn, Maybelle, Teddy, and expected baby girl Belisle.

Alice is now wrapped in the loving arms of those who have preceded her in death: sons Michael, Tom, & Bob; grandchildren T.J. & Amber, sister Joanna, and her mom & dad.

There will be a visitation Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 5 pm until 8 pm at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Visitation will resume 12:00 pm Sunday, August 22, 2021 until service time of 1:00 pm at C.Z. Boyer & Son Chapel in Bonne Terre with Father John Schneider officiating. Interment will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.
