Alma Louise Bates

Mrs. Alma Louise 'Henson' Bates passed away late Monday night, December 18, 2017, at Farmington Presbyterian Manor at the age of 92 years, 4 months & 12 days. Alma was born on August 6, 1925, in Flat River, MO., & was the daughter of John Harrison Henson and Jessie Faye 'Plummer' Henson. Also preceding in death were: her husband, Otto Arthur Bates, Sr., and 2 sisters, Dorothy Lea Reynolds and Aline Iva Bates.

Alma was a retired LPN and a member of The Iron Mountain Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include: a sister, Patricia (Henson) Arbie, and her children, Aleda "Jeannie" (Bates) Houck, of Stuart, Florida; Otto Arthur "Buddy" Bates, of Stuart, Florida, and Ava (Bates) Logan, of St. Charles, Missouri. Also surviving are 3 grandsons, 1 granddaughter and 2 great-grandchildren

Private Graveside Services will be held @ the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery with Rev. Matthew Prihoda officiating
