Alma "Marie" Senter, age 82 passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at her home near Fredericktown, Missouri. She was born on October 24, 1940, in Valle Mines, Missouri to Paul Francis and Alma Hazel (Dettmer) Parker.

On June 30, 1962, in Iron County, Missouri she was united in marriage to Frankie Lee Senter, he preceded her in death on August 14, 1993.

She is survived by her two children – Pam Tripp of Fredericktown and Danny Senter of Branson, Missouri; one sister – Sandra (Joseph) Demand of Lake St. Louis, Missouri; four grandchildren – Linzie Mills, Lacey Mills, April (Brandon) Watson and Tiffany (Corey) Tesreau all of Fredericktown; three step grandchildren – Matthew Grissom, Julia (Donny) Ayers and Billy (Audreona) Tripp all of Farmington, Missouri; six great grandchildren and seven step great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by one sister, Ada Louise Parker.

Marie had worked at St. Mary's Hospital in Ironton, Missouri, and the Dime Store also in Ironton; she enjoyed cooking, reading, shopping, and listening to music, but her greatest joy was her family.

Visitation will be from 11:00 – 1:00 on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., also on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at Wilson Funeral Home.

Interment will be at Marcus Memorial Cemetery in Fredericktown.
