Mr. Andrew B. Smith, Jr., passed away on Thursday evening, September 9, 2004, at his daughter's home, on his farm in rural Farmington, at the age of 83 years, 7 months & 7 days. Mr. Smith was born February 2, 1921, in Caney, Kansas. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Charles & Grace Lenz; his wife, Thelma Arlene 'Masters' Smith (July 7, 2003), & 1 Half-Brother - Reed Lenz.

Andrew was a member of the Libertyville United Methodist Church & a US Army-Air Corps Veteran of WWII.

SURVIVORS INCLUDE: 3 DAUGHTERS - Judith Ann Sullivan, of Winter Garden, Florida; Sharon 'Mrs. Thomas' Finley, of Farmington; Janice Elaine 'Mrs. Mark' Cunningham, of Farmington. 1 SON: Richard Andrew Smith, of Ste. Genevieve, MO; 8 GRANDCHILDREN: Keri Milewski; Dayna Mell; Alyson Mell; Cayci White; Andrew Cunningham; Jennefer Smith; Cinthia Sales; Steven Smith & Brian Smith. 3 GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Grace & Colin Milewski; Whitney Marler. Also surviving are other Relatives & Friends.

Visitation Sunday, 4-8 pm at Taylor Funeral Service. Visitation resumes Monday, 7-9 am. Funeral Monday morning, September 13, 2004, 11:00 a.m., at Libertyville United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Mark Cunningham & Rev. Judy Jeffery officiating. Visitation starts at the church 1 hour prior to service time. Interment will follow in Libertyville Methodist Cemetery, Libertyville, Missouri.
