Arlene Jackson

Geneva Arlene Jackson, 76, of Farmington passed away February 20, 2023 at The Baptist Home in Ironton, MO. She was born May 5, 1946 in Kansas City, MO to the late Leslie P. and Wilma G. (Tripp) Matheis. Arlene was a member of the First Baptist Church of Farmington for many years. She served as the Children’s Choir Director, taught children in Sunday School and was a member of the adult choir, SEED Sew-ers and Handbell Choir.

Arlene is survived by her loving husband John W. Jackson; four children, Matthew Jackson, Lynette Hallock and husband Isaac, Mark Jackson and wife Wendy, Michael Jackson; five grandchildren, Abigail Hallock, Eli Hallock, LilyGrace Hallock, Thomas Jackson and Robert Jackson.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 24, 2023 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Farmington. Visitation will resume on Saturday at 9:00 AM until the time of service at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Robinson and Rev. Rocky Good Officiating. Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to The Baptist Home in Ironton or Alzheimer’s Association. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington.
