Arvel "Rich" Pierson

Arvel Richard Pierson, known to most as "Rich" passed away February 12, 2023 in Bridgeton, Missouri at the age of 77 years. He was born March 1, 1945 in Ironton, Missouri the son of the late Arvel R. and Verena (Sherrill) Pierson. On July 4, 1969 he was united in marriage to Victoria "Vickie" Bradburry. She preceded him in death on February 25, 2017. They were the parents to two children: Kimberly Pierson of St. Charles, Missouri, and Scott Pierson (Valerie) of Maryland Heights, Missouri. Rich is also survived by his grandson, Marcus Freeman (Jordan) and his granddaughter, Ashley Hoffman (Tony Lang). Two great grandsons survive; Xavier Freeman and Parker Lang as well as his great granddaughter, Paityn Lang. Rich is also survived by two sisters: Anita Jackson (Jim) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Brenda Naumann (Fred) of Festus, Missouri, a nephew, Dave Naumann and a niece, Jodie Bridger as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
