Baby Lillian Olivia Hale, was born and passed away, on November 9, 2007, at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center, in Farmington.

Survivors Include: her Parents, Kevin Scott Hale and Emily Nicole 'Forsythe' Hale, of Farmington. Grandparents: Dr. Stephen (& Retta) Forsythe, of Farmington and Ron (& Joy) Hale, of Farmington. Great-Grandparents: Robert (& Helen) Craig, of Farmington and Janet Forsythe, of Desloge. Four Aunts: Kim Wichman, of Park Hills; Tami Hale & Chris Cook, of St. Louis; Amy Forsythe, of St. Louis and Kathryn (Mrs. Chris) Tucker, of Farmington. Two Cousins: Grant Tucker, of Farmington and Kami Boyd, Park Hills. Also surviving are numerous relatives and friends.

Visitation : Wednesday, 5-9 p.m. @ TAYLOR CHAPEL (Note: There will be no visitation on Thursday)

Graveside Service : Thursday, 10:00 a.m., November 15th

at : Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Farmington, with Fr. Ricky Valleroy officiating.
