Barbara Lee Gillam

Barbara Lee Gillam, 76, of Mitchell passed away March 24, 2018 at Potosi Manor. She was born February 23, 1942 in Wortham. She was of the Jehovah’s Witness faith. Barbara loved spending time with her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur L. and Doris Nancy (Dunlap) Giffin; first husband, Joseph D. Montgomery, Sr.; second husband, Harold A. Gillam; three sisters, Shirley Gray, Katherine Masters, Donna Midgett; two brothers, Austin Giffin and Irvin Giffin.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Montgomery) Bockenkamp of Mitchell; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia Barnes and Beverly Vandiver.
