Mrs. Berniece "Bea" Mayes passed away Friday, March 3, 2006, at Parkland Health Center, Farmington, at the age of 92 years & 16 days. Bea was born Feb. 17, 1914, in Farmington, to Harry & Edith Alice 'Zolman' Noltkamper. Also preceding were: her husband, Leslie C. "L.C." Mayes, (1972); 1 Daughter, Toni Simms; 1 Son: Harold Patrick Mayes, in-infancy; & 2 Brothers: Clyde Earl Noltkamper (1990) & 1 other brother, in-infancy.
Bea was: * a member of Memorial United Methodist Church, Farmington; * a Parkland Health Center "Pink Lady" * former member of the B.P.W. Club & * she used to deliver 'Meals-on-Wheels'
Survivors Include: 1 Daughter: Sandy 'Mrs. Dan' Wade, Farmington; 1 Foster-Son: Herb (& Janet) Beck, Farmington; a Son-In-Law & Daughter-In-Law: Barney & Patsy Simm, Park Hills. Sister: Grace (& Floyd) Hulsey, Jr., Sullivan, MO., 1 Sister-In-Law: Suzi Noltkamper, Farmington; 7 Grandchildren: Tammy (& Steve) Gollaher; Scott (& Lisa) Wade; Todd (& Jennifer) Wade; T.J. Simms; Denny (& Kristy) Simms; Erin Beck; Shanna (& Gus) Raeker. Also, 7 Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation: Sunday, 5-8 pm, Visitation resumes Monday, 7:00 a.m.
Funeral : Monday, 11:00 a.m., March 6, 2006
at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Larry Gray officiating.
Interment : Parkview Cemetery, Farmington.
