Billy O. Krauss

Mr. Billy O. Krauss passed away late Friday morning, October 31, 2014, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, MO., at the age of 83 years and 17 days. Billy was born on October 14, 1931, at Huff-Station, MO., & was the son of Willhelm "Bill" Krauss and Margaret 'Murphy' Krauss. Also preceding-in-death were: his wife, Lydia 'Crice' Krauss (Aug. 16, 2012); a sister, Sue Pheghley & a brother, Russell Krauss.

Bill was a US ARMY Veteran of The Korean War, and retired from Gifford Lumber Company, Farmington, after working there 30 years.

Survivors Include : 2 daughters - Lydia 'Mrs. David' Hammock, of Farmington; Judy 'Mrs. Rob' Boring, of Farmington. 2 sisters - Mary (& Russell) Kuykendall, of Florissant; Yvonne Mabery, of Wyatt. 1 brother - Paul (& Norma) Krauss, of Kokomo, IND; 5 grandchildren - Levi Richardson, of Farmington; Amy (& Josh) Dugal, of St. Louis; Kyle (& Lori) Boring, of French Village; Brandon Boring, of Farmington, and April Mulligan, of Farmington. 6 great-grandchildren: Isaiah & Izzy Dugal; Dillon & Stacy Hammock; Parker Boring & Jesse Kye Boring (due in November).

Visitation Monday, 5-8 p.m. Visitation resumes Tuesday @ 6:30 a.m.

Funeral : Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., Nov. 4, 2014

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Bob Webb officiating.

LeadBelt Patriot Guard Riders will lead the funeral procession to : Libertyville Methodist Cemetery, for burial with FULL MILITARY HONORS
