Barry "Bo" Light

 Barry “Bo” Allen Light, 70, of Desloge, passed away February 19, 2025, at Parkland Hospital North in Bonne Terre. He was born October 10, 1954, in St. Louis, to the late Doyle and Jackie (Marin) Light. 

 Bo worked his entire life as a machinist, retiring after 30 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one daughter, Lori Light.

Bo is survived by his wife of 46 years, Sheila (Hawkins) Light; son, Shawn Light and wife Courtney; one grandson, Mason Light; brother Ricky Light and wife Jenny; several aunts, cousins and other family members also survive.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Monday, February 24, 2025, from 4:00 PM until the time of service at 6:00 PM. Memorials may be directed to the Farmington Pet Adoption Agency in honor of Bo’s memory.
