Bonnie Emma Ivester

Bonnie Emma Ivester of Ironton, Missouri passed away February 6, 2019 at The Baptist Home at the age of 96 years. She was born May 27, 1922 in Old Appleton, Missouri the daughter of the late Louis and Emma (Boren) Moll. She was raised by the late Euphrates and Dell Bonnie. Bonnie is survived by four children; Cindy Edwards of Charlotte, North Carolina, Melody Hodges of St. Charles, Missouri, Bruce James of Putnam, Connecticut and James Garner of Napa, Idaho. Also surviving are her daughter-in-law, Patricia Strange of Ironton, Missouri, eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Ivester on March 13, 2007. She was also preceded by two children; Linda Ruth James and Jimmy James and her sister; Helen Gibbs. Bonnie was a graduate of Jackson High School. She worked as a floral arranger in a flower shop. She was a member of Marble Creek United Baptist Church.
