Paul Bradley "Brad" Lewis, 17 years & 9 months old passed away Monday, April 25, 2005, at 4:15 am at St. John's Mercy Medical Center, Creve Coeur, MO., from a head-on vehicle accident, Sat., April 23rd. Brad was born July 21, 1987, at Farmington Community Hospital, Farmington, MO., to Richard William Lewis, Sr., & Donna Sue (Eaton) Lewis. Brad was preceded-in-death by his Grandparents: Paul William Lewis, Farmington; and Darmon Carl Eaton, of Park Hills. Great-Grandparents: Mr. & Mrs. Charles (Myrtle) Keith, of Libertyville, MO., Mr. & Mrs. Vernie (Alta) Eaton, of Desloge; Mr & Mrs. Wesley (Marie) Keen, of Bonne Terre, MO.
Brad was Jr. at Farmington High School. He was a member of the Farmington Knights Baseball Team. Brad was a turor at Jefferson Elementary School. Brad was employed at Farmington Ponderosa Steak House. Brad's passions in life were baseball, his family & his friends.
Survivors include his parents: Richard (Donna) Eaton, Lewis, of Farmington; 2 Brothers; 1 Sister: Mr. & Mrs. Jason Eden (Alicia Pallo), of Park Hills; Twin Brother & Sister: Rachael (Ray Ray) Lewis and Richard (Reggie) Lewis, both of the home. Grandmothers: Harriet (Therien) Lewis, of Farmington; and Betty (Keen) Eaton, of Park Hills. 2 Nieces: Madison & Ava Eden, of Park Hills. Aunts & Uncles: Mr. & Mrs. Terry Eaton (Connie Pinson), of Park Hills; Mr. Steve Lewis, of Denison, TX; Mr. and Mrs. David Lewis (Barbara), of Carrolton, TX; Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Lewis (Yvette) of Paradise, TX; 5 Cousins: Matt (Tiffany) Eaton and Dalton, Park Hills; Crystal Eaton, Park Hills; Jake Lewis, Dennison, TX; Brittany & Blake Lewis, Paradise, TX; Special Adopted Grandfather: Jim Wilbanks, Potosi, MO; Very Special Girlfriend: Angie Korn, Farmington. Special Family Friends: Amanda Stratton, Michael Hartupee, Jake Hise, Ryan Miller, Brandon Wilson. Special Teacher: Lea Eaton. Many more family & friends survive him.
Visitation will be: Wednesday, April 27, 2005, 4-9 pm. Visitation resumes Thursday morning, 7 am - 12 Noon at TAYLOR Funeral Service, Inc., Farmington. Funeral services will be: Thursday, 2 pm, at the House of Praise Church of God - 6502 Dunn Rd. - Desloge, MO., with Brother Donnie Bone & Brother Rick Wade officiating. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Park, in Bonne Terre, MO.
