Bradford Wayne Holmes

It is with sadness that the family of Bradford (Brad) Wayne Holmes announces his passing at sixty-nine (69) years of age on Thursday, July 23, 2026. Son of the late Emmett and Aileen (Hicks) Holmes, he was born April 27, 1957, in Farmington, Missouri.

Brad had a deep love for racing and the dirt track, but more than that, he loved the time spent with his family, especially his grandkids. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Brad is preceded in death by his loving wife, Theresa (Hedrick) Holmes. He is survived by his children: Jeremy Holmes, Justin (Cathy) Holmes, Ashley Horton, Kyla Holmes, Schea (Kyle) Winch, and Shaun (Amber) Mackley; grandchildren: Caitlyn Holmes, Abby (Lexie Pirtle) Holmes, Madison and Jett Bridges, Cooper Holmes, Landon Holmes, Kenley Horton, Kayleigh Winch, Kamryn Winch, Kollin Winch, and Ian Mackley; great-granddaughter, Sienna Holmes; and siblings, Barry and Marilyn Holmes. Also surviving are many loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son – Taylor Chapel in Farmington, Missouri. Visitation will be Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Taylor Chapel from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Taylor Chapel, from 9:00 AM until the service at 11:00 AM, officiated by Pastor David Miller.
