Bradford Wayne Holmes

It is with sadness that the family of Bradford (Brad) Wayne Holmes announces his passing at 69 years of age on Thursday, July 23, 2026. He was the son of the late Emmett and Aileen (Hicks) Holmes, he was born Saturday, April 27, 1957, in Farmington, Missouri.

Brad had a deep love for racing and the dirt track, but more than that, he loved the time spent with his family, especially his grandkids. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Brad is preceded in death by his loving wife, Theresa (Hedrick) Holmes. He is survived by his children: Jeremy Holmes, Justin (Cathy) Holmes, Ashley Horton, Kyla Holmes, Schea (Kyle) Winch, and Shaun (Amber) Mackley; grandchildren: Caitlyn Holmes, Abby (Lexie Pirtle) Holmes, Madison and Jett Bridges, Cooper Holmes, Landon Holmes, Kenley Horton, Kayleigh Winch, Kamryn Winch, Kollin Winch, and Ian Mackley; great-granddaughter, Sienna Holmes; and siblings, Barry and Marilyn Holmes. Also surviving are many loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer Funeral Home -Taylor Chapel on  Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Taylor Chapel, from 9:00 AM until the service at 11:00 AM, Pastor David Miller will be officiating.
