Brenda K Collinsworth

             Brenda K. (Cauley) Collinsworth, of Farmington, passed away August 27, 2022, at her home. She was born December 04, 1950, in Bonne Terre. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Loretta (Black) Cauley; loving husband Robert Collinsworth; four brothers, Lindell Cauley, Melvin “Bud” Cauley, William Cauley, Billy Ray Cauley; one brother in-law, Tyman Barbey.

             Brenda enjoyed working crossword puzzles, reading, singing, going to yard sales, she had a great sense of humor, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Brenda was a very simple independent strong women and that showed till the end.

             Brenda is survived by her two children, Mike (Tammy) Swain and Karen Cain. Four grandchildren; Jake (Alex) Swain, Hailey Swain (Jay), Tessa (Evan) Dunivan, Beth Anderson; two great grandchildren; Charli Swain and Wes Dunivan. Three siblings; Loretta Barbey, Darrell (Connie) Cauley and Dennis Cauley. Special fur babies that were very dear to her heart, Bella, Sassy, Lillie and Billie, along with a host of nieces, nephews and loved ones that survive.

             Visitation will be Monday, August 29, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Visitation will resume Tuesday, August 30, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until service time of 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Darlene Williams officiating. Burial to follow at Adams Hillcrest Cemetery in Bonne Terre. In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be directed to St. Jude childhood research, or email: donors@stjude.org
