Brian M. Boyd

Mr. Brian Malvern Boyd passed away Tuesday afternoon, January 17, 2012, at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center, in Farmington, at the age of 85 years, 5 months & 19 days. Brian was born on July 28, 1926, in Coffman, Missouri. Preceding-in-death were: his father, Malvern C. Boyd (1984); his mother, Ruby Elizabeth 'Robertson' Boyd (1976); and a son, Glenn Wayne Boyd (March 18, 2011).

Brian was a US NAVY Veteran of World War II, and a member of Farmington First Baptist Church. Brian retired as the Chief Engineer at Farmington State Hospital.

Survivors Include: his wife of 60 years, Jerry Boyd; 1 Daughter-In-Law, Lois Boyd; 1 Sister, Betty Howlett; 4 Grandchildren: Michelle (& Roger) Hamm; Brian (& Dana) Boyd; Eddie (& Misty) Boyd; and Clint Boyd, all of Farmington. Also surviving are 8 Great-Grandchildren.
