Obituary

Listen to Obituary

It is with heavy hearts and loving memories that we celebrate the life of Brian Glen Miller, who was born on Sunday, September 5, 1982, in Farmington, Missouri, and passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 11, 2026, in Bonne Terre, Missouri. Brian lived life with a spirit of adventure, a passion for the outdoors, and a deep love for his family and friends.

Brian was a true outdoorsman who enjoyed life's simple pleasures and was always happiest when keeping busy. From tinkering with just about anything he could get his hands on, riding horses, go-carts, and motorcycles, or firing up the grill for family and friends, Brian always found something to keep his hands busy and his mind engaged. He had natural curiosity and a knack for figuring things out. His adventurous spirit, contagious laugh and his big smile were just a few of the qualities that made him so special to those who knew and loved him.

Brian is survived by his mother, Sharon (Ward) Burr, and stepfather, Petie Burr; son, Eli Miller; sister, Becky Miller; stepmother, Christel Miller, and mother to his son, Aimee Ratcliff; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and friends.

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Glen Allen Miller; his paternal grandparents, Bill and Ann Miller; and his maternal grandparents, Charles and Mary Ward.

Brian will be remembered for his adventurous and fulfilled nature, his hardworking hands, and the love he had for those closest to him. Though his time here was far too short, the memories he created and the love he shared will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre, beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m., with Pastor Randy Murphy officiating. Interment will follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery.
