Carl Darnell Owens, age 54, of Park Hills, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at St. Clair Hospital in Fenton, Missouri. Carl was born November 17, 1965 to George Clarence and Mary Jane (Horn) Owens in St. Louis, Missouri. Carl enjoyed finding old things and fixing them up.

Carl was preceded in death by his father, George Owens and Sister, Janice Owens.

Carl is survived by his mother, Mary Owens; daughter, Karla Owens; brothers, Justin Owens and Gary Owens.
