Carl Moeser

             Carl Moeser, age 78, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at Mercy Jefferson Hospital in Festus. He was born on Wednesday, August 16, 1944, in St. Louis to Carl Wilfred and Minnie Catherine (Egbert) Moeser.

             Carl proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a machinist with Orchard Printing Company. He enjoyed playing video games, watching all sports and music concerts on T.V.

             In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by siblings, Ralph Moeser, Ruth Ann Moeser and Georgia Miller; brothers-in-law, Stewart Gitlin, James Decker and Carl Miller.

             He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Anna Martha (Habig) Moeser; children, Paul Dale (wife Julie) Edmonds and Tina (Edmonds) (husband Chris) Mackley; grandchildren; Pauline Hubbard, Matthew Edmonds, Chris Edmonds, Eric Edmonds, Kelly Dunn, Adam Haberkampf and Amber Dawn Haberkampf; twenty-three great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter; two sisters, Carlene Gitlin and Deborah (Bill) Decker; sister-in-law, Virginia Millecker. He was a wonderful uncle and cousin to many. 

             Memorial visitation will be held at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre on Monday, October 10, 2022, from 12:00 PM until service time of 1:00 PM with Michael Gitlin officiating. Burial to follow at Bonne Terre Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Disabled American Veterans.
