Carl Clinton Scaggs Sr. of Annapolis, Missouri passed away June 5, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 1, 1947 in Annapolis, Missouri. Carl was preceded in death by his parents: Harold Clinton Scaggs and Dorothy June (Walker) Scaggs and Helen Maxine (Stevens) Scaggs, his wife: Nellie (Hampton) Scaggs, and two brothers: Jesse Scaggs and Bobby Scaggs. Carl is survived by his wife, Carolyn Sue (Liggett) Bennett Scaggs of Annapolis, Missouri, his sons: Chuck Scaggs and wife Heather of Ellington, Missouri, and Zack Scaggs and wife, Ashton of Belleview, Missouri and daughter, Lorie Kurtz and husband, Jason of Farmington, Missouri. Two brothers survive: Charles Scaggs and wife, Linda of Annapolis, Missouri and Roy Scaggs and wife, Tammy of St. Roberts, Missouri as well as a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and many, many friends.
