Carl William Mcmunn

            Carl McMunn, 78, of Valles Mines passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at Jefferson Mercy Hospital in Festus. He was born on March 18, 1941 to the late Dumont LaRue and Ruby Lue (Hedges) McMunn. Carl proudly served our country in The United States Army and worked for the Roofers Local 2 Union in St. Louis, Missouri.

            In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his siblings, Marie Ball, Bob McMunn, and David McMunn.

            Carl is survived by his wife, Patricia “Pat” (Samuelson) McMunn; daughter, Cathy Poole and husband Paul; son, Ron McMunn; grandchildren, Kaycee and Matthew Poole; siblings, Gene McMunn and wife Delorise, Gary McMunn and wife Shirley, Linda Sharp, Bill McMunn and wife Diane, and Ed McMunn and wife Sharon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

            There will be a memorial visitation on Saturday, April 13, 2019 from 10am until 12 pm at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
