Carlos DeWayne McNail of Belleview, Missouri passed away November 8, 2019 at his residence at the age of 53 years. He was born July 23, 1966 in Ironton, Missouri the son of Jack McNail and Joan (Crawford) Sutton. Carlos is survived by his parents; Joan Sutton and husband, Cecil of Ironton, Missouri, Jack McNail and wife, Rita of Lesterville, Missouri, two children; Caitlyn McNail and Kye Price, two sisters; Laura Smith and husband, Shawn of Arcadia, Vickie Tilley and husband, James of Jackson, his brother; Mike McNail and wife, Donna of Union, three stepbrothers; Joseph Dahley of Belleview, Wayne Dahley of Potosi and Darryl Dahley and wife, Tina also of Potosi.
