Carol Jane Daggs

Carol Jane Daggs, age 61 passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at her home in Greenville, Missouri. She was born on January 23, 1955 in Lutesville, Missouri, a daughter of Johnny Chester and Betty Jane (White) Acup. She is preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Melissa Griggs.      On June 2, 1975 in Brady, Texas she was united in marriage to James Coleman Daggs, he survives at the home.  Other survivors include: two sons - Timothy Daggs and fiancee - Christina Bryant of Greenville and Matthew Daggs and wife Stephanie also of Greenville; three daughters - Amanda Brewer and husband Adam of St. Marys, Missouri, Jimmie Carolyn Daggs-Bellotte of Nevada, Texas and Retta Bellotte also of Texas and fourteen grandchildren.       Carol had worked at the Smith Donut Shop in Mesquite, Texas; she enjoyed writing books, helping children, working with arts and crafts, cooking camping, fishing and watching wild animals.  A private memorial service may be held at a later date.  Condolences may be posted on this website.     Arrangements are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.
