Carol Jo Langhoff, age 72, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025, at her home near Marquand, Missouri. She was born on February 2, 1953, in Fredericktown, Missouri to Oscar and Nadean Lois (Kemp) Parson.

On May 1, 1992, she was united in marriage to Walter Ronald Langhoff, he preceded her in death on January 24, 2025.

She is survived by her children – son – Jesse Bellew, Tracy Bellew, Johnny Starkey, Annette (Omar) Shipley and Tracy Bellew; stepchildren – Joseph Langhoff, Stacie (Larry) Pederson and Polly Langhoff; sister – Lois (Bud) Starkey; twelve grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by one sister - Janett Schrum.

Carol was owner/operator of Langhoff restaurant in Marquand; she enjoyed quilting, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.

Visitation will be from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., also on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Dave McCutcheon officiating.
