Caroline Jane Hopper

Caroline Jane Hopper of Ironton, Missouri passed away March 24, 2020 at the age of 76 years. She was born April 20, 1943 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri the daughter of the late William A. and Bessie B. (Johnson) Ownbey. Caroline is survived by two children; James Hopper and wife, Helen of Dupo, Illinois, and Sandra Brucker and husband, Rich of St. Louis, Missouri; her grandchildren, Carlee Hayes and Kelby Brucker; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Caroline was preceded in death by a brother; Bill Ownbey and a sister; Frances L. Ownbey. Caroline worked as an operations manager for two Medical Book distributors for many years traveling across the country. In the mid 90's she settled back in the Saint Louis area. Caroline enjoyed reading, watching football and she was a huge Elton John fan. There are no services planned at this time.
